So, what am I working on right now?
I've been with Kainos, a fantastic company, since July 2021. I was placed onto the HMCTS project as a Grad Platform Engineer in a maintenance and live issue solving role. This great Platforms/Devops opportunity has provided me with the chance to learn everything I can about Cloud Engineering, IaC, CI/CD, DevOps, Azure, Flux, Helm, and Jenkins, vital technologies in the modern world, applied in ways described here. I'm currently leading an agile delivery squad of 5/6 talented engineers, helping to build, maintain, and support our core infrastructure, serving hundreds of developers across multiple application teams, and troubleshooting various issues across each of the environments in our estate. This site is currently hosted as a static website in Azure, and continously deployed using GitHub actions.
